Two height adjustments, from 5 foot 6 inches to 6 feet tall. Polyethylene base fills with sand or water and is rounded for easy roll relocation. Approximately 270 lbs when filled. One year limited warranty.

Best Sparring Partner Ever!!!
  BOB sits on a bathroom mat on carpet. When kicking, water-filled base slides a little. Depending on technique, have to move or turn BOB anyway for right angle (limited space). Awesome for precision punches & kicks, endurance, technique. Height adjustment helps figure out what works at which height and how far up I can still deliver a powerful & effective kick. Also great for head-butts, choking techniques, take-downs. Never complains, never hits back, no bloody mess to clean up. PERFECT!

Beat the BOB!
  Entire family of 6 ages 10 months to 37 years old is thoroughly enjoying beating the BOB! Excellent for training and stress relief :)

Great for MMA!!
  I use Bob all the time hes great to have works best with sand in the bottom but water works as well he will move back as you strike especially with kicks but other then that it is great i highly recommend it

Love to smash BOB
  This is a superior product. Bob takes an immense amount of punishment and just keeps on smiling (which makes you want to hit him even harder). The product is very well made, sets up easily (filling the base is a 2 person job) and it adjusts for height and various exercises very quickly (kicks or punches). Body shots feel like you are hitting someone in the gut! Truly the best bag for full contact training, especially if you want to aim for vital body targets.
