This one's a winner!
  In my martial arts training being able to go all out and lay into your sparring partner is often frowned upon. I recall trying to use pool-noodles to fence with my friends, but you could never adequately block an incoming attack, because the foam offered no rigidity. I had the privelege to work with the swords and staves of Actionflex in the dojo and was really impressed with the durability (I've sparred with others and they broke or fell apart in single bouts).

Fun!
  For a family of martial arts students, the Action Flex line of staffs and swords is a blast. We have small battles on the lawn, and large ones in the living room. Soft and flexible, they make a great noise but don't hurt if you thump your friends. This is a great product. thank you!!!
